O R D E R
AND NOW, this day of 1999,
this matter set for emergency beari and after consulting
with the respective attorneys for the parties, the following
stipulation is hereby entered as an Order of Court.
(1) William Richard Savage and Eileen Patricia Savage
shall have shared legal custody of their four minor
children, Victoria Savage, Cameron Savage, -
Alexandra Savage, and Liam Savage.
(2) At the present time, the parties are residing
together in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. However, it is
anticipated that Eileen Savage will shortly move to
her own residence in the Harrisburg area. Father
shall have primary custody of the four children
until further Order of Court. once Eileen Savage
has. established a proper residence for herself and
the children, it is the intent of the pa= ties to
equally divide the physical custody periods between
themselves with the minor children. It is hoped
that they will amicably divide the shared custody
.schedule which can acco-r-nodate the parties
respective work schedules.
(3) Upon separation of the parties, the children's
legal address shall remain as 1117• Columbus Avenue
Apartments, Lemoyne, PA.
(A) Neither parent may relocate out of the Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania area wick the children, unless
they first receive prior permission from this
Court, or written permission from the other party.
