parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein sec
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or.
macerialman, nor any other person furbishing labor or materials to the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called e mechanic's
Lien, for work done or materials f• -.ished to the said building or any part

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a survey prepared by John H. Bixler, III,
R.S., dated April 9, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County in Plan Book 77, Page 141 revised October 19, 1998, as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the western right-of-way line of Arlington drive at corner of Lot No. 47,
Section 2-B, on plan of Forgedale Crossing; thence along Lot No. 47, North 78 degrees 56 minutes
37 seconds West 156.40 feet to an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Ralph C. Otto,
North 00 degrees 32 minutes 34 seconds East 166.18 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot No. 45,
Section 2-B, Forgedale Crossing, South 57 degrees 17 minutes 54 seconds East 217.96 feet to an
iron pin on western right-of-way line of Arlington Drive; thence along said western right-of-way line of
Arlington Drive by a curve to the left having a radius of 225.00 feet, an arc distance of 85.00 feet, on
a chord bearing of South 21 degrees 52 minutes 45 seconds West to a point, the Place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 21,596.61 square feet and designated as Lot No. 46, Section 2-B of Plan of Forgedale
Crossing.
SUBJECT to drainage easement along western portion of property as shown on plan of record and
further shown on attached exhibit.
SUBJECT to Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants for Forgedale Crossing as set
forth in Miscellaneous Book 424, Page 252.
BEING the same premises which John E. Anderson and Pauline E. Anderson, Husband and Wife,
and Robert A. Thomas and Deborah J. Thomas, Husband and Wife by deed dated and recorded
even date herewith, granted and conveyed unto A. Richard Geesaman, III and Karen M. Geesaman,
Mortgagors herein.
