U)Ijet'e115, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with said
contractor, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, fbr the
General Construction work located within the lot of land situate in (lie Borough ofShippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania being known and addressed as 203 South Washington Street,
Shippensburg, PA 17257 and as conveyed by deed to its present owner and recorded on the l7th day
of September 1998 in the Recorder's office of said County in Deed Book 185 Page 553.
RoW, TIjerefore, on November 24 , 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution
of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said
contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and the further consideration of One
Dollar paid to the said contractor by the said owner, it is agreed that no mechanic's claims or other
liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant thereto by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased or furnished in connection with the
construction of the said project or any part thereof, the right to file such liens being expressly waived
and relinquished herewith.
