WHEREAS. Eugene G. Kitsch andJovice L. Kitsch, his wife, Owners,
of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsvlvanirt, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Kevinlee E. Kirsch of the Borough of New
Cumberlanel, Crutberlanrl County, Penns N(lit a, for the following services: Erection of
building, on a lot of laud situate:
ALL those certain pieces or parcels of land situate in the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
TRACT NO. 1: BEGINNING at a stake on the northeasterly line of Kathryn Street at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 24 and 25 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, said point
being 210 feet measured northwardly from 15"' Street; thence along the northeasterly line of
Kathryn Street, North 45 degrees 05 minutes West, a distance of 68 feet to a stake on the
southeasterly line of 15Y2 Street (not opened); thence along the southeasterly line of 15Y: Street
(not opened), North 49 degrees 33 minutes East, a distance of 107.2 feet to a stake at lands now
or formerly of the Northern Central Railway Company; thence by said railway lands, South 37
degrees 49 minutes East, a distance of 59.8 feet to a stake at the dividing line between Lots Nos.
24 and 25 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line, South 44
degrees 55 minutes West, a distance of 99.4 feet to a stake on the northeasterly line of Kathryn
Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same as surveyed by D. P. Raffenspergcr, R.S., on July 12, 1966.
BEING the major portion of Lots Nos. 25 and 26 on the Plan of Elkwood as recorded in the
Cumberland county Recorder's Office in Plan Book 2, Page 74.

TRACT NO. I: BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of Kathryn Street at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 22 and 23 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
along the northeasterly line of Kathryn Street, North 45 degrees 05 minutes West, a distance of
70 feet to the dividing line between Lots Nos. 24 and 25 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of
Lots, at comer of lands now or late of Eugene G. and Joyce L. Kirsch; thence along said dividing
line, being lands of now or late of Eugene G. and Joyce L. Kirsch, North 44 degrees 55 minutes
East, a distance of 99.4 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of the Northern Central Railway
Company; thence South 37 degrees 49 minutes East, a distance of 70.57 feet to the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 22 and 23 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said
dividing line, South 44 degrees 55 minutes West, a distance of 90.47 feet to the northeasterly line
of Kathryn Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lots Nos. 23 and 24 on the Plan of Elkwood as recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder's Office in Plan Book 2, Page 74. being the same as surveyed by D. P. Raffensperger,
R.S., on July 26, 1968.

TRACT NO. 3: BEGINNING at a point at the southwestern comer of Lot No. 23 and the
northerly right-of-way of Kathryn Street; thence, from said point of beginning, the following four
courses and distances: along the northerly right-of-way of said Kathryn Street North 44 degrees
03 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 20.59 feet to a point at the southeast corner of Lot No.
6; thence along the eastern line of Lot No. 6 North 49 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West a
distance of 124.89 feet to a point on the south side of a 10 foot wide abandoned alley; thence
along said alley South 38 degrees 00 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of20.57 feet to a point
on the western line of Lot No. 23; thence along the western line of Lot No. 23, South 49 degrees
33 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 122.72 feet to a point, the point of BEGINNING.
Said tract containing 2,544.73 square feet, or 0.058 acres.

properiJ, by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by aqv of the nuuerial area or workmen
or any other per son for m»' labor, or materials purchased, or ern a labor or materials purchases(
in connection with said work, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
