STIPULATION A GAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the& clay of November, 1999, by and between BOATRIGHT
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, and ROBERT J. READ AND
JUDITH A. READ, hercinafler referred to as owners, whereby the former undertook and agreed to
erect and construct a custom built home on that certain lot of ground situate at 719 Dogwood
Terrace, Boiling Springs, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of (51.00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no
mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the
erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor,
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish
the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any
of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Monroc, County of Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, and being Lot No. 168 as shown on the final Plan of Lots Section "I" of White Rock
Acres, dated November 13,1974, and recorded January 24, 1977, in Cumberland County Plan Book
29, Page 97, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Dogwood Terrace (50 feet wide) as the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 168 and 169 asshown on said Plan; thence by said dividing lineNorth 28 degrees
29 minutes 52 seconds East 186.65 feet to a point; thence by the line dividing LotNO. 168 as shown
on said plan from Lots Nos 122 and 123 as shown on Plan of Section "H" of White Rock Acres,
North 78 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 181.00 feet to a point; thence by the line dividing Lots
Nos. 167and 168 as shown on said plan South 06 degrees 36 minutes 10 seconds West 290.49 feet
to a point; thence by the northern line of Dogwood Terrace by a curve to the right having a radius
of 925.00 feet the arc length of 250.00 feet and a chord length of 249.24 feet on a chord bearing of
North 69 degrees 13 minutes 02 seconds West to the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.13 acres.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to one-half ofa thirty (30) feet wide drainage easement located along the
eastern line of said lot.
