LEE ROLAND BUILDER of 337 West Meadow Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, for the
erection of a building upon prernises commonly known as Lot 11 Lindenwood, Upper Allen Township,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated June 9, 1999, at
Deed/Record Book 201 Page 434, in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, as more
specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, 0 of . '? a , 1999, at the time of and Immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to
conimerce work on die said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making
of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar (SI.00), to Contractor paid
by Owner, it is agreed that no ilen shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the materalmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived.
WITNESS, out hands and seats the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN Lot in the property known, named and identified
in the Declaration, referred to below, as "Lindenwood, a Planned
Community," located in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, which has heretofore been submitted to the
provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act, 68
Pa.C.S.A. Sections 5101 !a ggq., by the recording in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the
Declaration for Lindenwood, a Planned Community ("Declaration"),
dated August 28, 1997, recorded August 28, 1997, in Miscellaneous
Book 555, Page 806, and as amended by First Amendment to
Declaration for Lindenwood, a Planned Community ("First
Amendment"), dated April 28, 1999, recorded April 28, 3.999, in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Miscellaneous Book 611, Page 193, designated in
such Declaration (as amended by the First Amendment) as Lot No.
11 (Identifying Number), described in Section 2.2 of the
Declaration (as amended by the First Amendment) and shown (and
described) in Exhibit E of the Declaration or Exhibit 3-1. of the
First Amendment.
CONTAINING .69 acres, more or less.
BEING LOT NO. 11, Final Subdivision Plan of Phase II, Lindenwood,
dated Uecember 1, 1998, last revised March 25, 1999, recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 'in Plan Book 78, Page 121.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to any and all restrictive covenants,
conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way, easements and agreements
of record, including, but not limited to, Final Subdivision Pl.art
for Phase I, Lindenwood, dated February 3, 1997, last revised
July 17, 1997, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of.
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 75, Page 29 and
Final Subdivision Plan of Phase II, Lindenwood, dated December. 1,
3998, last revised March 25, 1999, recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds Of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan
