WHEREAS, Thomas W. Walker and Dolores G. Walker, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Sechrist Construction, Inc. of 701 Jenna Ct. Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, for the erection of a residential dwelling upon a lot of land situate in the Township of Upper Allen,
County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, known as Lot No. 42 on Phase VIII, final subdivision plan of Meadowview
Estates, being recorded in the Recorder's Office in Plan Book 74, page 108 and being the same premises purchased
from John M. Knaub by deed dated May 24, 1999, recorded in the Recorder's Office in Deed Book 200, page 704.
NOW, this i! day of :i1 9)t'1 ? 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Thomas W. Walker and Dolores G. Walker to
the said Sechrist Construction, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Sechrist Construction, Inc. and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Sechrist Construction, Inc. paid by Thomas W. Walker and Dolores G. Walker it is agreed that no lien shall
be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or
any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
