Mioff of GUmberland County, Pennsylvania. is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Haubert Homes, Inc. of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. for the erection of a 2- story building upon a lot of land situate Lot #65, Creekstone Manor, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (See Legal Description Attached Hereto) NOW, December 7, 19 99 . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said George P. Mioff and Annette G. Mioff to the said Haubert Homes, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with George P. Mioff and Annette G. Mioff and the further consideration of One Dollar. to Haubert Homes, Inc, paid by George P. Mioff and Annette G.
