STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the /V
by and between Keith E. McNaughton, Sr.
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
Nasirali A. Emadi,
day of December, 1999,
hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family
dwelling on 202 Hogestown Road, Mechanicsburg, Pa 17055 situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and more particularly described on the attached exhibit.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETS: That the said Contractor, for and
in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement
aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or
maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground
appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or
any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contracto=,
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against
the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of
lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected situate in the Township of Silver
Spring, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the public road
leading from Mechanicsburg to Hogestown at corner of land now or
formerly of Ralph E. Wilson and wife; thence along said land now
or formerly of Ralph E. Wilson and wife, North 35 degrees 45
minutes East, a distance of 530.65 feet to a stake at line of
lands now or formerly of Fern E. Mathews and wife; thence along
said lands now or formerly of Fern E. Mathews and wife, South 55
degrees East, a distance of 140 feet to corner of lands now or
formerly of Richard M. Eichelbergeri thence along said lands now
or formerly of Richard M. Eichelberger, South 35 degrees 45
minutes West, a distance of 530.65 feet to a point in the center
line of the aforesaid public road; thence along the center line
of the aforesaid public road, North 55 degrees West, a distance
of 140 feet to a point in the center line of the aforesaid public
road, the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING erected thereon a dwelling house known and numbered as 202
Hogestown Road.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Citifinancial Services, Inc., f/k/a
Commercial Credit Plan CDC, by their deed dated November a
1999, and about to be recorded herewith in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted and
conveyed unto Nasirali A. Emadi, Mortgagor herein.
