PETITION FOR CUSTODY
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff/Petitioner, Donald Lynn Farlling, by his attorneys, Irwin,
Irwin & McKnight, and presents the following Petition for Custody:
The Petitioner is Donald Lynn Farlling, an adult individual residing at 699 Bloserville
Road, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241.

The Respondent is Diana D. Farlling, an adult individual whose last known address was
c/o Mrs. Len Richmond, Natural Well Road, Williamsport, Maryland.

The parties are the natural parents of Taylor Joseph Farlling, age two (2), born December
8, 1997.

The parties resided together until Saturday, December 11, 1999, in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. On that date, the respondent left Pennsylvania and took the child, Taylor Joseph
Farlling, with her.
5.
The respondent has failed to provide a time for the petitioner to see his child.
6.
Petitioner desires primary physical custody of the child and primary legal custody with
periods of visitation to Respondent as can be mutually arranged between the parties.
7.
The best interests and permanent welfare of the child requires that the Petitioner have
primary physical custody and primary legal custody of the child as provided above.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Donald Lynn Farlling, respectfully requests that he be
awarded primary physical custody and primary legal custody of Taylor Joseph Farlling as
provided herein.
