STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this ?(0 day of r, 1999, by and
between Steve J. Yanek, Jr., of Boiling Springs, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Rodger C. Diehl, Jr, and Wilbert L. Diehl, hereinafter referred to
as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to erected
and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground situate in
Penn Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
and more fully described in Exhibit "Al' which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof known as Lot #10 Maple Grove, Penn
Tcwnship, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Penn Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Lebo Rnad (T-360) at the corner of Lot
No. 4 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence by the
centerline of said road, North 17 degrees 8 minutes 47 seconds East 150.00 feet to a
point; thence by the dividing line between Lot Nos. 3 and 10 and Lots Nos. 10 and 11
on said Plan, South 85 degrees 55 minutes 12 seconds East 481.09 feet to a point;
thence by the dividing line between Lot Nos. 10 and 12, South 4 degrees 4 minutes
48 seconds West 146.12 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lot Nos.
10 and 14 and Lot Nos. 4 and 10 on said Plan, North 85 degrees 55 minutes 12
seconds West 515.00 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING a total lot area of 1.6706 acres including the portion dedicated to the
right of way of Lebo Road and being Lot No. 10 on the Final Subdivision Plan for
Maple Grove (Phase 2), recorded in the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Plan Book 79, Page 80.
