STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, 1550 ASSOCIATES, INC. L.L.C., a Pennsylvania limited
liability corporation, and COMMUNITY BANKS, NA-, a banking corporation,
("Owners"), the Owners of the real estate described below, has or is about to execute a
General Contract with A p. WILLIAMS, INCORPORATED, a Pennsylvania
business corporation, ("Contractor"), whose principal place of business is located at
3035 North Progress Avenue, Pennsylvania 17110 for improvements upon
unimproved land located in East Peansboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania and more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
NOW, THEREFORE, this t// day of December, 1999, before any authority
had been given by Owners to Contractor to commence work on said facilities or
purchase materials for same, in consideration of making of the above-described
Contract with Owners, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to
Contractor by Owners, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that
no liens or claims shall be filed or maintained against the Owners' facilities and the
land above-described by the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, or by any of the
materialmen or workmen, or any other person acting through or under them, for or
on account of any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased
for, towards, in or abut the erection, construction, design and improvement of said
facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such
liens or claims against the facilities and the land above-described, being hereby
expressly waived by the Contractor for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or
workmen and other acting through or under them.

Associates, dated May 28, 1999, last revised July 27, 1999, recorded in the Office of Recorder of
Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book ?, Page _ , situate in East
Pennsbono Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bound and
described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the eastern legal right-0f--way of East Penn Drive at the southwest
comer of Lot 412 on the above described preliminary/final subdivision plan; thence along the
southern line of said Lot #2 north 68 degrees, 03 minutes, 34 seconds east a distance of 199.01 feet
to a point on the western line of lands now or formerly of Rothman, Schubert & Reed; thence along
the western line of said lands now or formerly of Rothman, Schubert & Reed south 13 degrees, 30
minutes, 00 seconds cast a distance of 152.31 feet to a point; thence continuing along the same south
04 degrees, 20 minutes, 30 seconds west a distance of 123.00 feet; thence south 67 degrees, 54
minutes, 41 seconds west a distance of 116.45 feet to a point on the eastern legal right-of-way of
East Penn Drive thence along the eastern legal right-of-way of East Penn Drive north 22 degrees,
05 minutes, 19 seconds west a distance of 172.70 feet to a point; thence continuing along same by
a curve to the left having a radius of 787.50 feet a distance of 108.61 feet to a point at the southwest
comer of Lot #2 on the above-described preliminary/final subdivision plat, the point and place of
BEGINNING.
Lot #3 contains 1.0 acres, more or less.
