APPEAL FROM SUSPENSION OF DRIVING PRIVILEGES
AND NOW comes John Matangos and respectfully Petitions this Honorable Court as
follows:
1. Petitioner is John Matangos who resides 129 Lancaster Blvd., Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17055.
2. Respondent is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Department of
transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing.
3. Petitioner was notified that his license was to be surrendered on or about
December 17, 1999 as the result of various offenses for which he pleaded guilty.
4. Petitioner's license is to be suspended for offenses for which he plead guilty.
5. Petitioner is unable to read and write the English language.

6. Petitioner was not aware that he had entered a guilty plea for various traffic

offenses.
7. Petitioner has an appeal pending on the traffic issues for which he plead guilty.

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court issue a
supersedeas and schedule this matter for a hearing.
