WHEREAS, Kirk A. & Heather M. Williams entered into a contract with
S & A Custom Built Homes, Inc. and to
_ provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the cons: action and _
erection or"the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon chose certain
pieces or parcels of lard situtated in Dickinson .Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
"SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION"
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein sec
forth, that neither &.a undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor on
materialman, nor any other person farushing labor or materials co the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a•mecaanic's
lien, sor work done or materials f=ished to the said building or any dart
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed With the County
Prothonotary within can (10) days after data, in accordance with raeuirameres
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in,such case provided.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Dickinson Township, in the
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of PA 34 (SR 0034) and the
northeastern corner of Lot 37 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan;
thence along said Lot 37 North 58 degrees 58 minutes 46 seconds West a
distance of 222.01 feet to a point at the eastern right-of-way line of
the Reading Railroad; thence along said right-of-way of the Reading
Railroad North 42 degrees 23 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of
204.01 feet to a point at the southwestern corner of Lot 39 on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan; thence along said Lot 39 South 58 degrees
58 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 181.78 feet to a point in the
centerline of PA 34 (SR 0034) ; thence along the centerline of said PA
34 (SR 0034) South 31 degrees 1 minute 14 seconds West a distance of
200.00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 38 on a Subdivision Plan for Michaux Meadows, Phase II,
as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 64, Page 42.
