Williams entered into a contract with S & A Custom Built Homes, Inc. and to _ provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the cons: action and _ erection or"the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon chose certain pieces or parcels of lard situtated in Dickinson .Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: "SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION" NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein sec forth, that neither &.a undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor on materialman, nor any other person farushing labor or materials co the said' contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a•mecaanic's lien, sor work done or materials f=ished to the said building or any dart thereof.
