JOHNSON, h/w hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to construct a single family dwelling, in Westbury Lot #140 5830 Fawn Meadow Lane, Hampden Township, Enola, Pa 17025, more particularly described in exhibit "A", NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNE$SETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE(1.O0) Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant. THOMPSOI~ WE~Y L. ~O~SON LEGAL DESCRIPTION ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as ibllows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northern right-of-way line of Fawn Meadow Lane (50.00 feet wide), said point being located at the Southwestern corner of Lot No. 139; then along said right-of-way line of Fawn Meadow Lane South 88 degrees 30 minutes 15 seconds West, for a distance of 107.72 feet. to a point at the Southeastern corner of Lot No. 141; then along the Eastern boundar}' line of Lot No. 141 North 01 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds West, ibr a distance of 133.77 feet. to a point in line of other lands now or formerly of The McNaughton Company; then along said other hands of McNaughton, North 88 degrees 29 minutes 37 seconds East, ibr a distance of 107.72 feet, to a point at the Northwestern corner of Lot No. 139: then along the Western boundary line of Lot No. 139 South 01 degree 29 minutes 45 seconds East, for a distance of 133.79 feet, to a point and the place of BEGINNING. This piece, parcel or lot of land consists of approximately 14,411 square feet of land, and is lq~own and numbered as Lot No. 140 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Westbury - Phases VIIA and VIIB, which is recorded in Cumberland County in Plan Book 86, Page 4. BEING THE SAME PBEMISES which the McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation dated '_~,~< ~% ,2003 and about to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto Steven B.
