WHEREAS, c. entered into a contract with
James A. Siedl z and Cynthia Siedlarczyk to
provide materials and/or per-form labor necessary for the cons=--uction and _
erection or'the alteration and 'repair of (a) building(s) upon those certain
pieces or parcels of lard situcated in South Middleton Township,
_Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
a single family dwelling on Lot No. 43 Section 2-B, Forgedale Crossing
NOG, THrji-4EFORE, it is hereby stipulacad and agreed by and between the said
parries, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein sec
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or.
materialman, nor any ocher person :ar.-ishing labor or materials to the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a•mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said'ouilding or any part
thereof.
TThis scinulation is made and intended to be filed with the Couner
Prothonotary within can (10) days after data, in accordance with recuiremeres
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided.
