AND NOW, this 281' day of December, 1999, the Borough of Wormleysburg by and through its
Solicitor hereby files its claim against Stanley M. Deimler, Jr. and Lauren J. Deimler, registered owners, of
all that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Borough of Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being known as 433 Poplar Church Road, Borough of Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and having thereon erected a dwelling house for:
Refuse and Sewer rental through to December 31, 1999 $985.82
Attorney's Fees $200.00
Filing Fee $10.00
Total: $1,195.02
Refuse services were provided by the Borough of Wormleysburg, and the charges levied therefore in
strict accordance with Ordinance No. 391, as amended, which said Ordinance was duly enacted and
ordained by said Borough on December 21, 1990.

Sewer services were provided by the Borough of Wormleysburg, and the charges levied therefore in
strict accordance with Ordinance No. 329, dated June 10, 1980, amended by Ordinance No. 331, dated
June 30, 1980, amended by Ordinance No. 332, dated October 14, 1980, as amended by Ordinance No.
359, dated February 12, 1985, as amended by Ordinance No. 361, dated April 8, 1986, as amended.

WHEREAS, Robert E. Rhoads, II and Ruth E. Rhoads, his wife, of 560 Crossroad
School Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, have executed a contract with
D. W. KETNER ENTERPRISES, of 308 Steelstown Road, Newville, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17241, for the erection of a residential dwelling upon a tract of land situate in
West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described in
the deed of Albert C, Kuhn and Edith B. Kuhn, his wife, dated December_, 1999, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed
Book _, Page _, and being Lot 22, Greystone Acres (Plan Book 72, Page 70), located on
Pennway Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
NOW, December _, 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said
Contractor to commence work on said building, or to purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with the said Contractor and the further
consideration of the sum of One and no/100 ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor paid by said Owners, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor or materials
purchased or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
