AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor,
James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim
against Carolann Wendland, an adult individual, owning property
located at 1464 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania, 17007. Carolann Wendland is the owner of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being
more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon
erected situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin which is at the legal right-of-way
line along the northern side of L.R. 507, (Boiling Springs
Road), PA Route 174 at the corner of property now or
formerly of Otto L. Line, et ux; thence along said Road,
North eighty-four (84) degrees twenty-seven (27) minutes
fifty-two (52) seconds West, one hundred thirty-four and
eighty-four hundredths (134.84) feet to an iron pin; thence
North five (05) degrees thirty-two (32) minutes eight (08)
seconds East, one hundred sixty-four and forty-eight
hundredths (164.48) feet to an iron pin; thence South
eighty-four (84) degrees twenty-seven (27) minutes fifty-two
(52) seconds East, one hundred thirty-four and seventy-six
hundredths (134.76) feet to a concrete monument at property
now or formerly of the aforesaid Otto L. Line, et ux; thence
along the latter, South five (05) degrees thirty (30)
minutes twenty-nine (29) seconds West one hundred sixty-four
and forty-eight hundredths (164.48) feet to an iron pin, the
Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 22,172 square feet and bing Lot No. 8 of the
Subdivision Plan for Otto L. Lins, recorded in Cumberland
County Plan Book 24, Page 48.
HAVING ERECTED THEREON a dwelling house being known and
numbered as 1464 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Carol M. Wendland, by Deed
dated July 8, 1997, and recorded July 15, 1997, in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 161,
Page 4, granted and conveyed unto Carolann Wendland, owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-29-2478-024
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Lien for Sewer
Connection in the amount of $3,000.00, which connection fee has
been duly assessed against Carolann Wendland, an adult
individual, and the real property described herein from and on
June 19, 2001, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of
ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including
attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-
described real property and premises in accordance with the Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L.
