On 8/2!2006, I surrendered my license to the Department of Transportation, in acknowledgment to my citation. The Department of Transportation sent me a letter stating they received my license. I have credited my suspension, which the Department of Transportation gave me a letter reinstating my license to me on 3/2/2007. Now the Department of Transportation wants me to surrender my license again for the same citation I had resolved earlier. I have already had my license suspended for six months. During this six month period it was difficult working a job because of lack of transportation. I have just started a new job where I need my car to get to work.
