c. To enter a decree changing the petitioner's name from Matthew Aaron Dressier

AND NOW,
consideration of the
ORDER OF COURT
this 8th day of October, 2003, upon
Petition for a Change of Name filed in the
above-captioned case, and following a hearing at which the
Petitioner satisfied the Court as to the prcpriety of changing his
name but at which it appeared that the fingerprint sheet had not
been forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Police to verify the
absence of a criminal record on the part of Petitioner, the record
shall remain open and Petitioner is requested to facilitate the
submission of the fingerprint card to the Pennsylvania State Police
for purposes of completing the record in that regard.
The Court has advised the Petitioner that it will
enter an order approving the change of name upon the filing of the
appropriate State Police verification of au absence of record, and
Petitioner is requested to contact the Court's office at such time
as that item has been filed of record.
