AND NOW, this 12th day of April, 2007, upon
consideration of the affidavit of Doctor Mary Jo Szada
indicating that the presence of the allegedly incapacitated
person in the above-captioned case, Inez H. Davis, at the
hearing on today's date would be harmful to her physical
and/or mental condition, the presence of Ms. Davis at this
proceeding is waived.
