Stoneroad, of Keystone Guardianship Services,.=- of the above-captioned incapaci ta'ted individual, and respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant her request to invade assets held in the Guardianship of Mary Dugan, to ensure liquidi ty of funds from which to pay her debts, daily living expenses and prepaid burial arrangements. In support thereof, said guardian avers as follows: 1. A Second and Partial Report of the Guardian of the Estate of Mary Dugan was prepared by Keystone Guardianship Services and filed this same date, (see copy of Report attached as Exhibit "1"). 2. The presently of the Principal Balance on Hand in the Guardianship Account is $45,604.08 invested in certificates of deposit with staggered maturities, savings account and checking account and the Income Balance on Hand is $4,777.10, (see copy of Report attached as Exhibit "2"). 3. The investments generate approximately $147.56 a month with income from other sources in the amount of $1,660.85 a month; bringing the monthly income to $1,808.41, (see copy of Report attached as Exhibit "3"). 4. The monthly expenses for Mrs. Dugan are approximately $4,200.00, exceeding the income by approximately $2,400.00, creating a need to use funds from the Principal to pay for the care and maintenance of Mrs. Dugan for the duration of the Guardianship, (see copy of Report attached as Exhibit "4"). WHEREFORE, the aforementioned guardian respectfully requests this Honorable Court enter an order allowing her to invade the Principal in order to maintain sufficient liquidity from which to satisfy the debts and living expenses of Mary Dugan. The funds were paid to Malpezzi Funeral Home. Sharon DeBuck, Mrs. Dugan's daughter, assisted in the personal information and is aware of the arrangements. A claim has been filed through the Veterans Affairs for a widow's monthly payment. As of this report date we are waiting for the results of that claim. Our goal is to try to keep Mrs. Dugan living at the Bridges in the assisted care unit as long a possible. She appears to be happy and very content there. I verify that the foregoing information is correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief; and that this verification is subject to the penalties of J 8 Pa.
