PETITION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
This Petition of Quintina M. Laudermilch, Esquire and Daley Zucker Meilton Miner &
Gingrich, LLC, respectfully represents:
1. The Petitioners are Quintina M. Laudermilch, Esquire and Daley Zucker Meilton
Miner & Gingrich, LLC who are presently counsel of record for the Estate of Frank Thompson
Palmer, Sr.
2. The Executor of the Estate of Frank Thompson Palmer, Sr. is his son, F.
Thompson Palmer, Jr.
3. Petitioners have been counsel of record in this matter since on or about February
2007.
4. Mr. Palmer contacted Attorney Laudermilch on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 to
inform her that he did not want her or the firm to do anything further on behalf of the estate.
5. Mr. Palmer indicated to Attorney Laudermilch that he would be handling the
administration of the estate from this point forward.
6. Petitioner contacted Mr. Palmer and obtained his concurrence in the filing of this
Petition. Mr. Palmer has joined in the filing of this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners Quintina M. Laudermilch, Esquire and Daley Zucker Meilton
Miner & Gingrich, LLC, together with Mr. Palmer, Executor of the Estate of Frank Thompson
Palmer, Sr., respectfully request this Honorable Court grant Petitioners' leave to withdraw as
counsel in the above-captioned matter.
