STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Mark G. Caldwell and Ellen O. Caldwell, of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with Heritage Remodelers, a
division of Heritage Builders, Inc. having a principal place of business located at 6968 B irchwood Road,
Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, for renovations, additions and improvements, to include a
garage addition, to the improved real estate located at 11 Westwind Drive, Lemoyne, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 170x43.\
NOW, ~.~ ~[_~ , 2003, at the time of and immediately before execution
of the principal contract, and before m~y authority has been given by the said Heritage Remodelers, to
commence work on the said improved dwelling home, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the makiug of the said contract with Heritage Remodelers and the further consideration
of One Dollar to Heritage Remodelers paid by Mark G. Caldwell and Ellen O. Caldwell, it is agreed that
no lien shall be filed against the improved dwelling home by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchases, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the said renovations, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of ground situate in the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, known and numbered as Lot No. 33 on a revised Plan of Lots known
as "White Oaks" as prepared by Robert G. Hartman, Jr., Registered Surveyor, and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 63, Page
39, which lost is more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the dividing line of Lot No. 32 and Lot No. 33 on the hereinbefore-
mentioned Plan of Lots, which point is on the right-of-way line of Westwind Drive; thence
along the right-of-way line of Westwind Drive North 39 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East,
a distance of 134.85 feet to a point; thence continuing along said right-of-way line of
Westwind Drive an arc radius of 425.00 feet, a distance of 204.30 feet to a point on the
dividing line of Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 33 on the hereinbefore-mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
along said dividing line South 78 degrees 05 minutes 01 second East a distance of 173.13 feet
to an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Wright South 61 degrees 53 minutes 00
seconds East, a distance of 294.65 feet to an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of
Bridgeport South 31 degrees 58 minutes 41 seconds West, a distance of 373.44 feet to a
point; thence South 56 degrees 58 minutes O0 seconds West, a distance of 205.00 feet to
a point on the dividing line of Lot No. 32 and Lot No. 33 on the hereinbefore-mentioned Plan
of Lots; thence North 37 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 391.99 feet to
a point on Westwind Drive, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 4.69 acres, more or less, Said tract also known as 11 Westwind Drive,
Lemoyne, Pennsylvania.
SU~IECT TO restrictions of record as found on the Plan of Lots of White Oaks.
