Registered Owner, and against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower
Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 3403 Choco Chase, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, 17055, and more particularly bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed
Book 276, Page No. 251 et seq.
Unpaid tapping fee of $7,194.00
Lien fee $123.00
Total lien amount $7,317.00.
The above referenced tapping fee is authorized by Resolution 2005-A-08 amending
Resolution 99-A-8. This lien is filed in strict compliance with the Municipal Claims Act of 1923,
May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et M.
