Tract No. 1:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
On the North by West North Street, on the East by an alley, on the South by an alley, and
on the West by land now or formerly of Lawton C. Rovegno and Evelyn H. Rovegno, his
wife.
CONTAINING 20 feet in front on West NoAh Street and extending in depth 120 feet, more
or less, to the alley on the South. Having thereon erected a 2 story frame dwelling known
as 146 West North Street.
Tract No. 2:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece of land with the improvements thereon erected, situate in the
Fourth Ward of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BOUNDED on the North by West North Street; bounded on the East by property now or
formerly of David C. Sheibley; bOunded on the South by an alley; and bounded on the
West by property now or formerly of Carlisle Opportunity Homes, Incorporated.
CONTAINING eleven (11) feet in front on West North Street, and being of even width
throughout and one hundred-twenty (120) feet in depth to the aforesaid alley in the rear.
HAVING thereon erected a two-story frame dwelling house known and numbered as 148
West North Street.
BEING the same premises which David C. Sheibley, by Deed dated April 30, 2002, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Book 251, Page 2926, granted and conveyed unto Housing Authority of
the Coun{y of Cumberland, Grantor herein.
