NOW, this lD day of A~;\'\ ,2007, on motion of Harold S. Irwin, III, Esquire, upon
consideration of the attached petition and after an emergency hearing held, the Court finds that
PATRICIA LOGAN is in need of An emergency guardian and a failure to make such an
appointment will result in irreparable harm to her person or estate. Accordingly, it is ordered
and decreed that Jessica Koser is appointed emergency plenary guardian of the person and of
the estate of Patricia Logan. This appointment shall remain in effect for 72 hours. Thereafter, if
the emergency continues, counsel for petitioner is directed to advise the Court and request an
extension of the emergency order for up to 20 additional days.
