AND NOW, this fifteenth (15th) day of December 2006, the undersigned,
Brian Wilson, a member of the United State Military, and the proposed Administrator of
the Estate of Diane W. Zentz, a.k.a. Diane Carter Wilson, does hereby represent that he is
the only living child of the decedent and that he is unaware of any other known heirs of the
decedent residing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In accordance with his Petition
for Letters of Administration and due to his residency in the Commonwealth of Virginia,
along with his desire to eliminate the necessity of obtaining a bond to administer his
mother's estate, in exchange for the Cumberland County Register of Wills' Agreement to
Waive Bond in this matter, Brian Wilson hereby agrees under oath that he will duly
probate the assets of the Estate of his mother and, further, that in his individual capacity
and as Administrator of the Estate that he agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the
Cumberland County Register of Wills from any claims that might arise against her from
any known or unknown heir or creditor due to his inappropriate handling of the assets that
would otherwise be protected by the bond requirement.
Accordingly, Letters of Administration shall be issued to Brian Wilson
and upon issuance he shall receive a short certificate that will allow him to obtain
assets of his mother from Members' First Bank. Moreover, Brian Wilson agrees

that he shall immediately authorize Members' First to satisfy the outstanding funeral bill of
the decedent in a check payable to the Malpezzi Funeral Home in the amount of Three
Thousand Eight Hundred Fourteen and 20/100 ($3,814.20) Dollars and that the remainder,
if any, shall be paid directly to him as Administrator of the Estate of Diane W. Zentz, a.k.a.
Diane Carter Wilson.
