Street, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241, on demand, do promise to pay to the order of STEVEN M.
GENSEL and JACQUIE A. GENSEL, husband and wife, of 2122 Walnut Bottom Road,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013, One Hundred Seven Thousand, Three Hundred ($107,300.00)
Dollars without defalcation, value received, without interest until September 1, 2003, but with
interest from September 1,2003 at the rate of 3.5 per cent, per annum. And further DUSTIN T.
GENSEL and JENNIFER D. GENSEL do hereby authorize and empower any Attorney of any
Court of Records of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear for and to enter Judgment against them
for the above sum, with or without declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of
execution, and with five per cent, added for collecting fees; and they also waive the right of
inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect this note, and do hereby voluntarily
condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to enter upon the Fl. FA. their said voluntary
condemnation, and they further agree said estate may be sold on a Fl. FA., and do hereby waive and
release all relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any State, now in force,
