Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 2, 1981 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 5. The Plaintiff and Defendant are both citizens of the United States of America. 6. There has been no prior action of divorce between the parties in this or any other jurisdiction. 9. Neither the Plaintiff nor the Defendant are members of the Armed Services of the United States of America. 10. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the court require the parties to participate in counseling. 11.
