STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~7 TNday of April, 2007, by and
between Neidlinger Fine Homes, a sole proprietorship, hereinafter
referred to as .Contractor,

Robert V. NeidlinQer, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
contractor undertook and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling
on the certain lot of ground situate in North Newton Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof known as Lot 55, North Newton. Hills, Newville, PA 17241.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETHs That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcantractors and. others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land lying and being in North Newton Township,
Cumberland County and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania more fully described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right of way line of Camelot Lane (50 feet
wide) and being on the dividing line between Lot No. 56 and Lot No. 55 on the
hereinafter referenced subdivision plan; thence along the southern right of way line
of Camelot Lane North 50 degrees 11 minutes 54 seconds East for a distance of
11:79 feet to a concrete monument; thence continuing along Camelot Lane on a
curve to the right having a radius of 175.00 feet, an arc length of 76.99 feet and a
chord bearing of North 62 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds East for a distance of
76.37 feet to a point; thence continuing along Camelot Lane North 75 degrees 24
minutes 19 seconds East for a distance of 66.15 feet to a point on the dividing line
between Lot No. 54 and Lot No. 55 on the hereinafter referenced subdivision plan;
thence along said dividing line South 14 degrees 35 minutes 41 seconds East for a
distance of 175.48 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot No. 59, Lot No. 54
and Lot No. 55; thence along the dividing line between Lot No. 59 and Lot No. 55
South 66 degrees 15 minutes 33 seconds West for a distance of 74.34 feet to a point
at the dividing line of Lot No. 59, Lot No. 56 and Lot No. 55; thence along the
dividing line between Lot No. 56 and Lot No. 55 North 39 degrees 48 minutes 06
seconds West for a distance of 183.04 feet to a point on the southern right of way
line of Camelot Lane, the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 55 on the Final Subdivision Plan for North Newton Hills, Phase III,
dated March 2, 2005 and recorded April 12, 2006 in the Cumberland County Office
for the Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 92, Page 49.
