King, a minor over 14 years of age, and petitions this Honorable Court as follows: 1. The Petitioner is Andrew F. King, who currently resides with his maternal uncle, John F. King, Esquire, his aunt, Gail L. King, and his cousin, John F. King, III, in said uncle's residence at 487 Woodcrest Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17050. 2. The Petitioner's natural mother is Karen L. King, who resides at 24 Lismore Place, Mechanicsburg, P A 17050. 3. The identity of the natural father of the Petitioner has never been established, nor is there any available information regarding the identity or location of said natural father. 4. On or about February 16,2007, a decree was issued by this Honorable Court appointing Petitioner's maternal uncle, John F. King, Esquire, as guardian of the Petitioner. 5. The Petitioner wishes to discharge his maternal uncle, John F. King, Esquire, as his guardian and wishes to return to the residence of his natural mother, Karen L. King. and under her custody and care. 6. The Petitioner's natural mother has recently moved her residence to Cumberland County and is currently able to provide the necessary emotional support and disciplinary oversight to the Petitioner, which would otherwise be required for the Petitioner to thrive in his school and social settings. 7. The current Guardian, John F. King, Esq., consents to this instant Petition, and by such consent does aver that the relief sought in this instant Petition is in the best interests of the minor child Petitioner. 8. The Petitioner's natural mother consents to this instant Petition and does not have any interest adverse to that of the minor. 9. The Petitioner is not entitled to receive any money, nor is he a party to any action or proceeding, in any Court. 10. The Petitioner is not the child of a Veteran. WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable Court to discharge John F. King, Esquire as the Guardian of the person of the Petitioner/minor and return the Petitioner/minor to the custody and care of his natural mother, Karen L. King.
