DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 28th day of December, 2006, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of
Letters filed by Alice P. Heisey, for the above decedent and the instruments offered for probate as the
Will of Elizabeth L. Kanode, which is dated January 23, 1996, and the Codicil to the Last Will and
Testament, which is dated January 13, 2005, the Register of Wills having given consideration thereto,
has made an official determination regarding the Last Will and Testament and Codicil and renders the
following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the Will is admitted to probate as written. The Codicil is admitted as
originally written. The second sentence ofITEM 2 is not admitted to probate as it appears to be an
addition to the Codicil however it was not signed by the testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Alice P. Heisey
this date. Alice P. Heisey shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
