Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will an
revoking and making void any and all former Wills made by me.

I direct my Executor to pay all the expenses of my last illness, of my f neral and burial and
of the administration of my estate as soon as practical after my decease.
ARTICLE II
I direct that my Executor pay all inheritance, transfer, estate and si ilar taxes (including
interest and penalties) assessed or payable by reason of my death on any roperty or interest in
property which is included in my Estate for the purpose of computing taxes. y Executor shall not
require any beneficiary under this Will to reimburse my estate for taxes paid on property passing
under the terms of this Will.
ARTICLE III
I bequeath my automobiles, household and personal effects and othe tangible property of
a like nature (not including cash and securities) together with any existing ins rance thereon, to
my husband, THOMAS G. KANGANIS, provided he shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should
my husband, THOMAS G. KANGANIS predecease me or die on or before th thirtieth (30th) day
following my death, I bequeath such items of tangible personalty and the insu ance thereon to my
children, GEORGE THOMAS KANGANIS and CHARLES THOMAS KANGA IS, to be divided
between them in as nearly equal shares as practical, as they shall agree.

ARTICLE IV
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder 0 my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my husband, THOMAS G. KANGANIS, pro ided he shall survive
me by thirty (30) days.
ARTICLE V
Should my husband, THOMAS G. KANGANIS, predecease me or ie on or before the
thirtieth (30th) day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto !my sons, GEORGE
THOMAS KANGANIS and CHARLES THOMAS KANGANIS, in equal shares, my real estate
located at 417 Poplar Church Road, Borough of Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania and the Sporting Hill Shopping Center at 4947-49 5-A Carlisle Pike,
Mechanicsburg, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
ARTICLE VI
Should my husband, THOMAS G. KANGANIS predecease me or ie on or before the
thirtieth (30th) day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath all t e rest, residue and
remainder of my Estate of every nature and wherever situate to my gra dchildren, THOMAS
GEORGE KANGANIS and DEAN GEORGE KANGANIS, in equal shares, t be held in separate
Trusts, according to the terms for said Trust set forth in Article VIII of t is my Last Will and
Testament.
ARTICLE VII
I nominate and appoint my husband, THOMAS G. KANGANIS, as Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament, and require that said Executor serve without bond. In the event that the
above named Executor shall, for any reason, fail to qualify, or having qualifie . fail to complete the
administration of my estate, I nominate and appoint GEORGE THOM S KANGANIS and
CHARLES THOMAS KANGANIS as Co-Executors of this my Last Will nd Testament, and
require that said Co-Executors serve without bond.

ARTICLE VIII
Should any person hereunder entitled to receive a share of my est te not have attained
the age of thirty (30) years at the time of distribution to him, I devise and b queath said share to
GEORGE THOMAS KANGANIS and CHARLES THOMAS KANGANIS, IN EPARATE TRUST,
for the benefit of my said grandchild. The purpose of each Trust is to provid for the beneficiaries
post-high school education, (including trade school and college education, both graduate and
undergraduate) and for any medical expenses of said beneficiary not covered by health
insurance. To meet this purpose, I empower the Co-Trustees to distribute, r not to distribute, all
or part of the income and to invade all or part of the principle as the Co- Trus ees in their sole and
absolute distretion may deem to be necessary or appropriate fo~ such beneficiaries post-high
school education and uninsured medical expenses. The Co-Trustees shall have the power to
manage, invest, and reinvest the assets of the Trust Estate, to collect the in me therefrom and to
apply so much or all of the net income and principal thereof as set forth a ve. Any net income
not so applied shall be added to the corpus of the Trust and held, administ red, and disposed of
as a part thereof. Any principal or income not so used or applied shall e distributed to the
beneficiary absolutely when he attains the age of thirty (30) years. If the b neficiary dies before
attaining the age of thirty (30) years, and he has any issue then living, this T st shall continue for
the benefit of any such issue according to the terms set forth in this Trust. I the beneficiary dies
before attaining the age of thirty (30) years and has no living issue, the Tru t shall terminate and
the remaining principal and any accumulated income shall be distributed to is sibling or siblings
in equal shares. If the surviving sibling has not attained the age of thirty (30 years at the time of
said termination and distribution, the remaining principal and any accumul ted income shall be
added by the Co-Trustees to the surviving siblings Trust created under this ill.
ARTICLE IX
I direct that the interest of the beneficiaries named hereunder sh II not be subject to
anticipation, or to voluntary or involuntary alienation.

ARTICLE X
I direct that the trustees named in this Will, shall not be required ~ give bond for the
faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction. However, if any s ccessor trustee(s) is
appointed by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the said trustee(s) shall be equired to give bond
for the faithful performance of their duties.
ARTICLE XI
If, subsequent to the execution of this, my last Will and Testamen , there shall be any
additional grandchild or grandchildren bom to or legally adopted by my sons, GEORGE
THOMAS KANGANIS and CHARLES THOMAS KANGANIS, then and in such event, such
grandchild or grandchildren shall share in the benefits of my Estate equ .lIy and to the same
extent as my grandchildren herein named above specifically the provisions of Article VI and VIII
of this Will shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to effectuate y such intention.
