STATUS REPORT UNDER RULE 6.12

Pursuant to Rule 6.12 of the Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rules, I report the following with
respect to completion of the administration of the above-captioned estate.
1. State whether administration of the estate is complete:

2. If the answer is No, state when the personal representative reasonably believes that the
administration will be complete: Estimated prior to July 1. 2007 --- after notice of
appraisement of Supplemental Inheritance Tax Return is received from Department of
Revenue and after final approval of charitable bequests is received from Attorney
General.

Dear Register of Wills Strasbaugh:
Your recent letter, and enclosure, pertaining to the filing of a Status Report pursuant to Orphans
Court Rule 6.12 has been received. Enclosed herewith please find the original and one copy of that
completed Status Report. Please cause the original to be filed and please clock the extra copy and
return it to the undersigned by use of the enclosed, self-addressed, stamped envelope. Thank you.
The administration ofthis particular Estate cannot be closed at this time. The reason for the delay is
that the personal representatives of the Estate received a notification from the Pennsylvania Treasury
Department that "unclaimed funds" existed and that the Estate might consider making application for
the payment of those unclaimed funds of Robert L. Deardorf. At the same time, the personal
representatives of the Estate discovered that a significant receipt of assets had been deposited in the
banking account for the Estate but had been inadvertently omitted in this Preliminary Account which
the Estate was prepared to share with beneficiaries and the Attorney General of Pennsylvania.
These two items necessitated the filing a Supplement Inheritance Tax Return (your records will
reveal that such Supplemental Return was filed on January 31,2007). To the present date, the Estate
has nQffeceived any response or comment from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue as to the
accurt\~l' inacpuracy, tax due, possible penalty, etc., pertaining to the Supplement Return.

Upon receipt from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue of a "Notice of Appraisement", the
Estate intends to prepare and share with the Attorney General, and all beneficiaries, an Accounting
and intends to move toward final closure of the administration of the Estate.
