PARTIAL FAMILY SETTLEMENT AND FINAL RELEASE
IN
ESTATE OF NICHOLAS C. KIRlTSIS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS, NICHOLAS C.
KIRITSIS, late of 100 Howard Street, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died
testate on October 4,2006;
WHEREAS, letters testamentary for the estate of the said decedent were duly issued on
October 12, 2006, by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to WILLIAM
C. KOLLAS, Executor, hereinafter called personal representative, for the Estate of NICHOLAS
C. KIRITSIS, Number 2006-00896;
WHEREAS, said personal representative has gathered the assets of the estate of said
decedent in regard to real property known as 100 Howard Street, Enola, Pennsylvania.
WHEREAS, the heirs, Christopher Kiritsis, Paul Kiritsis, Constantine Wood, Peter
Wood, Jonathan Wood and Christopher Chekouras agree to allow, authorize or otherwise permit
the personal representative to sell the aforesaid real property to buyers, Konstantinos Giannaris
and Tina Giannaris, for the sum of Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars and 001100 ($95,000.00)
before a final Family Settlement and Final Release is drafted and executed.
It is hereby stipulated that the heirs agree to the sale of the real estate known as 100
Howard Street, Enola, Pennsylvania to buyers, Konstantinos Giannaris and Tina Giannaris.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Christopher Kiritsis, Paul Kiritsis,
Constantine Wood, Peter Wood, Jonathan Wood and Christopher Chekouras, the named heirs of
the Estate of Nicholas C. Kiritsis, and being those persons entitled to inherit under the Will of

Nicholas Kiritsis, do hereby, each of us, acknowledge that we authorize the personal
representative to sell the real estate known as 100 Howard Street, Enola, Pennsylvania to buyers,
Konstantinos Giannaris and Tina Giannaris.
AND, each of us do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved
in the filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, we each agree that no account is
necessary and we do hereby agree that we consent to distribution being made by a family
settlement agreement without the filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be
with the same force and effect as if they had been filed and confirmed by the Orphans Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Dauphin County Branch.
AND, we stipulate further the following:
1. That the expenses of administering the estate shall be in the amount of
7% (3 ~ % each to the Executor and attorney for the Estate).
2. That Tina Ward shall receive the sum ofTen Thousand Dollars and 00/100
($10,000.00) with a 4 ~ % tax return of$450.00 for a net amount of$9,550.00.
3. That additional expenses of concluding the estate are still outstanding, namely
filing final income tax returns if needed for the year 2006 to the federal government and the state
government.
4. That after paying the above agreed to expenses each nephew shall receive the
sum of approximately $15,000.00 after taxes on his share at 15%. It is understood that this figure
is an approximation and that this sum could be less.
THEREFORE, we and each of us do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever
discharge the said personal representatives, their heirs, executors, and administrators and assigns,
of and from the said estate and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims
and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever touching upon the real estate sale described herein and each of us do further hereby
covenant and agree that should any liability come due to the estate of the said decedent after the
signing of this agreement, we and each of us do hereby covenant and agree with each other and
the aforesaid personal representative that we will contribute pro rata our share of the estate to
satisfy any and all claims, demands, suits, or causes of action which may be successfully
prosecuted against the said estate or the aforesaid personal representative after the signing,
sealing and delivery of this partial family settlement agreement and final release.
