I, JANE C. MoDERMOTT, of the Township of Silver Spring,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
deolare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I direot the payment of all my just debts and funeral

predecease me, or should he die within thirty (30) days from
the date of my death, then in suoh event, I give, devise and
bequeath my entire estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever

the same may be situate, to my three (3) children, to wit,
PEGGY A. McDERMOTT, EDWARD A. McDERMOTT and DANIEL J. McDERMOTT,
share and share alike, per stirpes.

For the purpose of facilitating the settlement and
distribution of my estate, I authorize and empower my Executors
hereinafter named, to sell any and all real estate whioh I may
own at the time of my decease, at either publio or private sale
or sales.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, JAMES
E. McDERMOTT, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and in
the event that my said husband should predecease me, or should
he'be unable or unwilling to serve in such oapaoity for any
reason, then in suoh event, I nominate, constitute and appoint
my two (2) sons, EDWARD A. MoDERMOTT and DANIEL J. MoDERMOTT,
Co-Exeoutors of this my Last Will and Testament, in his plaoe
and stead, and in all instances, I direot that my said personal
representatives be excused from posting bond or other security
for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiotion.

them.
My sewiDg supplies, materials, etc. are to be giveD iD eDtirety or parceled out to
whoever waDts them. There is cODsiderable OD doset shelves aDd basemeDt
bureau.
The haDdmade chUd's crib, which I believe was made by my great great
graDdfather, lalt Dame Walter, stays iD the famHy, a toss to whoever waDts it.
This used to have rocken on it. GraDdma Dee said she rocked my grandmother,
Ida, her sister, in it aDd one time it went down the cellar stain.

I am distressed that there does Dot seem to be aD equal distributioD of my effects
to Edward aDd DaDiel. I wish you both to take whatever else iDterests you. I also
wish that there be DO ill feelings betweeD Peggy, Edward aDd DaDiel as to who is
giveD whatever. Perhaps you caD make equitable distributioDs betweeD
yourselves if I have giveD uDwisely.
I also make the request that whatever is passed OD to the three of you, that you
