FIRST: I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral be paid out of my estate as soon after my death as is convenient and expeditious in the judgment of my Executor hereinafter named. SECOND: I bequeath such of my tangible personal property as is set forth in a separate signed memorandum, which I shall place with my will, to the persons therein designated. THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to my niece and two nephews, Stacey M. Spahr, Scott M. Spahr, and Todd E. Spahr, or their then-living issue, in equal shares, share and share alike.
