NOTICE OF FILING ACCOUNT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Audrey Louise Bossler, Executrix of the Estate of
Timothy Glenn Bossler, deceased, has this date filed her petition for adjudication and
First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution in the above-captioned
Estate in the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office where the same is filed as
public record and may be inspected. Enclosed herewith is a copy of the First and Final
Account as filed and Petition for Adjudication.
The Estate is an insolvent estate which means there is insufficient funds for distribution
to pay all beneficiaries named in decedents will. Paragraph 14 of the Petition for
adjudication which is filed of record sets forth a legal issue as to how the available funds
are to be paid. Whether equally to Eric Timothy Lessens and Ariel Marie Lessens or pro
rata to them and Clifford Hutchison and Thomas B. King, all named in Will. Position of
executrix set forth is that the decedent's intent was that in this situation that the funds go
to the Lessens as they were first named in Will, he was interested in their education, they
are relatives and larger amount of the two bequests.
YOU ARE FURTHER notified that any exceptions or objections to said account must be
filed in writing at the Cumberland County Clerk of the Orphans' Court Office not later
than the audit day of said Account scheduled as set forth below.
UNLESS written exceptions or objections are filed thereto, said Account will be presente 0
to the above captioned court at 9:30 A.M. on Tuesday, June 19,2007, at which time said
Account will be audited.

filed including proposed schedule of distribution and suggested
order of court, full disclosure of legal issue set forth in
Paragraph 14A of petition for adjudication and written notice of
the filing of the Account and the call thereof for auditor
