T+), SO'S I $2' fft o o ¢.e EXHIBIT "A" ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point, located on the western right-of-way line of Vineyard Haven at twenty-five (25) feet from the centerline of the same and being the front property corner with Lot No. 75. THENCE along said right-of-way, South twenty-seven (27) degrees forty-four (44) minutes zero (00) seconds East, a distance of sixty-six and forty-one one-hundredths (66.41) feet to a point on the same and near the intersection with Lowell Lane. THENCE along the same, with a curve to the right having a radius of ten and zero one-hundredths (10.00) feet, an arc length of fourteen and ninety one-hundredths (14.90) feet, a bearing of South fourteen~ (14) degrees fifty-seven (57) minutes thirty-three (33) seconds West, with a distance of thirteen and fifty-six one-hundredths (13.56) feet to a point on the northern right-of-way line of Lowell Lane.
