EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, located on the western right-of-way line
of Vineyard Haven at twenty-five (25) feet from the centerline
of the same and being the front property corner with Lot No. 75.
THENCE along said right-of-way, South twenty-seven (27) degrees
forty-four (44) minutes zero (00) seconds East, a distance of
sixty-six and forty-one one-hundredths (66.41) feet to a point
on the same and near the intersection with Lowell Lane.
THENCE along the same, with a curve to the right having a radius
of ten and zero one-hundredths (10.00) feet, an arc length of
fourteen and ninety one-hundredths (14.90) feet, a bearing of
South fourteen~ (14) degrees fifty-seven (57) minutes
thirty-three (33) seconds West, with a distance of thirteen and
fifty-six one-hundredths (13.56) feet to a point on the
northern right-of-way line of Lowell Lane.
THENCE along said right-of-way, with a curve to the left having
a radius of four hundred twenty-five and zero one-hundredths
(425.00) feet, an arc length of seventy and eight
one-hundredths (70.08) feet, a bearin9 of South fifty-two (52)
degrees fifty-five (55) minutes forty (40) seconds West, with a
distance of seventy and zero one-hundredths (70.00) feet to a
point on the same and the front property corner with Lot No. 73.
THENCE leaving said right-of-way and along the property line
with said lot, North forty-one (41) degrees forty-seven (47)
minutes forty-five (45) seconds West, a distance of ninety and
forty-four one-hundredths (90.44) feet to a point to a point on
the same and a rear property corner with Lots No. 73 and 75.
THENCE along the property line with Lot No. 75, North sixty-two
(62) degrees sixteen (16) minutes zero (00) seconds East, a
distance of one hundred and twenty-five one-hundredths (100.25)
feet to a point on the same, on the western right-of-way line
of Vineyard Haven, the front property corner with said lot and
the point of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 7,245.78 square feet or 0.165 acres.
BEING part of the same premises which BHH Partners, a
Pennsylvania Partnership, by their deed to be recorded
simultaneously herewith, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
of Cumberland County, granted and conveyed unto Robert J. Moore
and Clara Lee Moore.
