The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim against
Liberty Holding Company and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 2 S. Hanover Street and having
thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)

completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States
certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's mailing address in Carlisle, PA on October 23,
2006. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied
therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966,
P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. sea., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et sea., Ordinance
145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of
Carlisle.

WHEREAS, the interest of Richard S. Barrett in I{ronenberg Building Co. and the
hereinafter described real estate was not specifically devised, and,
WHEREAS, this deed is given in execution of the Agreementof Sale entered into by the

along South Hanover Street, South 03 degrees 15 minutes East 60.04 feet to a spike; thence along
the line of land formerly of Cumberland Valley Savings and Loan Association, and now or
formerly o f Dennis Gotthard, South 86 degrees 45 minutes West 231.22 feet to a spike; thence
along School Alley, North 03 degrees 45 minutes West 25.49 feet to a spike; thence by West
Church Avenue, North 57 degrees 21 minutes East 70.53 feet to a point; thence by Court House
Avenue, North 86 degrees 45 minutes East 170 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
