Jason W. Bergey & Rebecca Bergey and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 50 S. Bedford Street
and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)

Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States
certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 10 Dubs Circle, Mechanicsburg, PA
on February 3, 2007. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the
charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of
February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. sea., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et
sea., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of
the Borough of Carlisle.

GREGORY E. SHERMAN and EUNICE F. SHERMAN, husband and wife
(hereinafter caked the Grantors), of the one part, and
JASON W. BERGEY and REBECCA BERGEY, husband and wife
(hereinafter called the Grantees), of the other part,
Witnesseth, that the said Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY THREE THOUSAND
DOLLARS and 00/100 063,000.00) lawful money of the United States of America, unto them weal and truly
paid by the said Grantees, at or before the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold, released and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain and sell, release and confirm unto the said Grantees, as Tenants by the Entirety, their assigns, the
survivor of them and the survivor's personal representatives and assigns,
ALL that certain tract of land with the improvements thereon erected situate in the
Second ward of the Borough of Carlisle, Cnmberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGII~INING at a point on the Western side of South Bedford Street, in the
extended center line of the partitlon wall between this property and the property
adjoining on the South and known as 52 South Bedford Street, said property on the
South having been conveyed to Abe Gilbert by Alois G. Spinner and wife, by deed
dated September 1943; thence in a Westerly direction by said line passing through
the center line of said partition wall a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to formerly
the public school lot, now or formerly of Jacob Trimmer; thence in a Northerly
direction by latter land 19 %: feet, more or less, to the line of land now or formerly of
Myrtle Rupp, Later Myrtle Rupp Ocker; thence in an Easterly direction by the latter
land and through the center of a three feet wide alley way a distance of 60 feet, more
or less, to the Western line of South Bedford Street; thence by the Western line of
South Bedford Street in a Southerly direction 19 Y: feet, more or less, to the Place of
BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a two story brick dwelling house known as No. 50 South
Bedford Street.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the right of way through, to and over the three feet wide
alley on the North of the conveyed property herein, in common with the owner or
