Audra S. Sloane & Jesse J. Harrell and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 147 N. Pitt Street and
having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)

Curb & Sidewalk Permit Fee 10.00

date of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States
certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 147 N. Pitt Street on February 2,
2007. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied
therefor in strict accordance with Article XVII I of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966,
P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seq., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et sea., Ordinance
145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of
Carlisle.

BETWEEN CUMBERLAND VALLEY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC.
a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantor,
and AUDRA S. SLOANE AND JESSE J. HARRELL,
of 147 North Pitt Street, Cazlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as:
Grantees,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Fifty-six Thousand, Seven Hundred and 00/100
($56,700.00) Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantor
does hereby grant and convey to the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or pazcel of land situate in the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
ON the North by property now or late of Charles Waggoner; on the East by an alley;
on the South by property now or late of Samuel Brake; and on the West by North Pitt
Street. CONTAINING 24 feet in front on said North Pitt Street, and extending at an
even width 112 feet, more or less, in depth to said alley on the East, being improved
with a brick dwelling house known as No. I47 North Pitt Street.
BEING the same premises which The Salvation Army, Inc. by Deed dated December
3, 1998, which Deed was recorded September l4, 1999 in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 207, page 731, granted and
