Petitioner was married on April 7, 1986, and thereby changed her name from Lisa Marie Torres to Lisa Marie Peck. 7. Petitioner and her first husband divorced on February 14, 1991; however, her name remained Lisa Marie Peck. 8. Petitioner married her second husband on September 7, 1991, and thereby changed her name from Lisa Marie Peck to Lisa Marie Barrick. 9. Petitioner has never been convicted of a felony. 13. Petitioner, Lisa Made Barrick's Social Security number is 272-72-9262.
