A self-addressed, postage prepaid envelope for return mail.
Please file the original Inventory and Inheritance Tax Return. Please forward a copy of
the Inheritance Tax Return to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. Please return a date-
stamped copy of the Inventory and the cover page of the tax return, along with your receipt for
the Inheritance Tax payment, to my attention in the enclosed envelope.
