WHEREAS, JEFFREY A. GILL and SUSAN A. GILL, HUSBAND AND WIFE of 2215 GILL ROAD, ENOLA,
PENNSYLVANIA 17025, is about to execute contemporaneously h_erewith a contract with BONNIE

SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF FOR ALL PURPOSES
NOW, JULY 23, 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of
the said contract with OWNER and the further consideration of one Dollar, to CONTRACTOR paid by
OWNER it i,s agree that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land situate in Monroe Township,
County of Cumberland, being known as Lot No. 4, Final Subdivision for
Stanley M. & Janet M. Brymesser, last revised March 31, 2003 and
recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in Cumberland County in Plan
Book 87, Page 55, hereinafter described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Leidigh Drive, T-545, on the line
of lands of the United States of America, "Appalachian Trail"; thence
leaving said center of Road and along the lands of the United States of
America North 19 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of
19.02 feet to a A.T. Aluminum monument heretofore set at the lands now
or formerly of Stanley M. Brymesser, being Lot No. 1 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the lands of Stanley M. Brymesser
and Lot No. 1 North 10 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East passing
through a concrete monument now set on the northern right-of-way line of
Leidigh Drive at the distance of 8.50 feet, in all a distance of 402.35
feet to a steel pin now set; thence by the same South 79 degrees 13
minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 208.00 feet to a steel pin now
set; thence by the same South 10 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West
passing through a concrete monument now set on said northern
right-of-way line of Leidigh Drive at the distance of 25.00 feet from
the end of this course, in all a distance of 418.85 feet to a point in
said center of Leidigh Drive; thence running along the center of said
road North 79 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of
198.54 feet to the point and PLACE OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.881 acres Net area and 1.998 acres Total area Being Lot No.
4 as shown on a Final Subdivision Plan dated September 16, 2002 prepared
by John R. Williams, Professional Land Surveyor, for Stanley M. & Janet
M. Brymesser and recorded in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office
on the 6th day of June, 2003 in Plat Book 87, page 55.
