Geissler File #: 1999-00474 Dear Ms. Strasbaugh: I received your notice dated March 23, 2007 and your Notice of Failure to File Status Report dated April 25, 2007. Both notices indicated that copies were sent to counsel for the estate, William S. Daniels, Esquire. I assumed that Mr. Daniels would respond to the first notice, but when he apparently did not, I assumed he would respond to the second notice. I learned in a telephone conversation with him two days ago, however, that he did not respond to either, although he intended or intends to do so. I know that he filed the First and Final Account on May 19, 2006 with your office, and he advised that the court subsequently approved the same. It was my understanding that nothing further needed to be done until I received your notice.
