The property was acquired by George S. Stewart and Hilda M. Stewart, his wife, by deed dated September 17,1955 and recorded September 19, 1955 In the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, a copy of said deed being attached hereto and Incorporated herein. The said George S. Stewart died November 9, 1998, whereupon full and complete title to the within described property became vested solely in Hilda M. Stewart, the decedent herein. The above-descrlbed real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated March 19,2007, a copy of which Is attached hereto and Incorporated herein.
