Real Estate
Sale of Real Estate - All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having
thereon erected a dwelling house known and numbered as 1296 Warwick
Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by George S.
Stewart and Hilda M. Stewart, his wife, by deed dated September 17, 1955 and
recorded September 19, 1955 In the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
OffIce, a copy of said deed being attached hereto and Incorporated herein.
The said George S. Stewart died November 9, 1998, whereupon full and
complete title to the within described property became vested solely In Hilda
M. Stewart, the decedent herein. The above-described real estate was sold
pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated March 19, 2007, a copy
of which Is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement took
place on March 30, 2007. A copy of the deed conveying the real estate, along
with a copy of the Settlement Sheet, are attached hereto and Incorporated
herein. The sale price of the real estate was $136,000.00.
