Real Estate - All that certain lot or tract of land with the Improvements erected
thereon being known and numbered as 1105 Kent Drive, Mechanlcsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by Brenda H.
Wilding, by Deed dated November 16, 2001 and recorded In the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office on February 27, 2001, a copy of said Deed
being attached hereto and Incorporated herein. The above-described real
estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate dated
January 11, 2007and Addendum dated January 25, 2007, a copy of which Is
attached hereto and Incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on March
15,2007. A copy of the Deed conveying said real estate, along with a copy of
the Settlement Statement are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The
sale price of the real estate was $365,000.00.
